Following Michael Portillo’s much acclaimed and moving BBC television film about Gary Findon, ‘Death of a Schoolfriend’, this concert pays tribute to the gifts of this talented musician with an array of distinguished musicians performing some of Gary’s own compositions and an eclectic selection of music associated with him. The programme includes works by Michael Nyman performed by the composer and is introduced by Michael Portillo.
